There is a good buzz on the ground, it being Worcestershire’s first home fixture of the summer and semi-local visitors Gloucestershire. Out in the middle we have the usual flea circus warm-up, with a variety of gloves, rubber stumps and coaches desperately trying to slip the ball in after playing a career spent trying to do the exact opposite.
